Associate
Matt counsels on fund formation and other funds and corporate matters at Riveles Wahab, drawing on his experience as an entrepreneur, investment banking professional, and investor. He is a former associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented both funds and companies in entity formation, PE, VC, and M&A transactions, and ongoing compliance with securities and corporate laws.
Matt is an alumnus of the University of Virginia School of Law and Yale College. He has also had national media exposure, having won on Jeopardy! in 2016. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing in numerous rock bands as a keyboardist and vocalist, hiking, and playing squash and pickup basketball.
